农作物病虫害防治管理信息系统开发研究

Development of Management Information System for Control and Prevention of Crop Disease and Pests

在我国一系列惠农政策的推动下,农村经济得到了快速的发展。现阶段的农业生产中,农作物生产收入仍然是农民总收入中的重要组成部分,因而长期以来,广大农业科技工作者不断在为农作物病虫害防治工作而努力。随着农业信息化时代的到来,为了进一步提升农作物病虫害防治水平,研发了病虫害防治管理信息系统,为实现农民增产增收起到了一定的促进作用。本文在介绍农作物病虫害防治管理信息系统设计的基础上,阐述了系统的功能和实现功能的原理及方法,进而描述了系统病虫害诊断防治的流程,以提高农业作物病虫害治防效果,更好地服务于农业生产。

Under the implementation of a series of benefiting agriculture policies in our country,the rural economy had achieved rapid development.However,at the current stage,the income from agricultural crops remained an important component of the total income of farmers.Therefore,rural science and technology workers had been continuously striving to improve the control and prevention of diseases and pests in agricultural crops for a long time.With the advent of agricultural information age,a management informa-tion system for control and prevention of diseases and pests in agricultural crops had been developed in order to further enhance the level of disease and pest control,which would play a certain role in promoting production and income increment for farmers.Based on introduction of design of the management information system for control and prevention of crop diseases and pests,function and principles and methods of function realization were expounded,further the procedure of diagnose and control and prevention of crop dis-ease and pests were described,which could promote the control and prevention effect of crop disease and pests with better service of agricultural production.
