公共图书馆文旅融合服务需求研究

摘要 用户对服务方式和服务体验的需求关系到用户对公共图书馆文旅融合服务的忠诚度和满意度。构建了公共图书馆文旅融合方式需求和服务体验需求的影响因素指标。采用问卷调查的方式,利用Kano模型等方法,就用户对公共图书馆文旅融合方式需求和服务体验需求的属性和优先级进行界定。并提出公共图书馆应首先满足基本需求,重点满足期望需求,尽量满足魅力需求,动态监测无差异需求,并注重文旅融合方式与文旅服务体验需求的有机结合等供给策略。 The user's demand for service mode and service experience is related to the user's loyalty and satisfaction with the cultural and tourism integration service of the public library.This paper constructs the influencing factors of the cultural and tourism integration mode and service experience demand of the public library.Us⁃ing questionnaire survey,Kano model and other methods,defines the attributes and priorities of users'needs for cultural and tourism integration methods and service experience requirements of the public library.It puts forward that public libraries should first meet basic needs,focus on meeting expected needs,try to meet the needs of charm,dynamically monitor the needs of no difference,and pay attention to the organic combi⁃nation of cultural and tourism integration methods and cultural tourism service experience needs.
