摘要
公共图书馆是开展全民阅读推广和信息无障碍服务的主要阵地,以包容、无障碍、公平的方式提供公共文化服务。本文特别关注加拿大公平利用图书馆中心(CELA)为有阅读障碍者提供可持续的公共图书馆服务,对其战略定位、管理运作机制和成效进行研究,从数字包容、需求定位、共享协作、营销推广等方面总结出可持续运作经验,为国内公共图书馆无障碍服务提供启示。
Public libraries are the main battlefield for promoting universal reading and providing accessible information services,providing public cultural services in an inclusive,accessible,and fair manner.This article pays special attention to Centre for Equitable Library Access,which provides sustainable public library services for people with reading disabilities.This article focuses on the Canadian Centre for Fair Use of Libraries(CELA),which provides sustainable public library services for people with reading disabilities.It studies its strategic positioning,management operation mechanism,and effectiveness,and summarizes sustainable op⁃eration experience from digital inclusion,demand positioning,sharing and collaboration,marketing promo⁃tion,etc.,providing inspiration for accessible services in domestic public libraries.
