Exploration and analysis of the ways to cultivate technical talents in elderly care

随着人口老龄化持续加剧,老年护理工作面临着严峻的挑战,老年护理产业的发展离不开人才的培养。本文旨在通过分析我国老年护理教育现状,结合当下国情,提出科学的、具体的老年护理专业技术人才培养合理化建议,加强老年护理人才培养和队伍建设,改进专业人才培养模式,以满足我国老年护理行业的需求,推动全面健康老龄化的发展。

With the rapid growth of the aging population in China,the social problems caused by aging population continue to intensify.As an emerging industry,elderly care has emerged and received high attention from all sectors of society.The development of the in elderly care service cannot be separated from the cultivation of talents.This article aims to analyze the current situa-tion of elderly care education in China and learn from the experience of developed countries,draw essence from it,put forward scientific and specific suggestions for the cultivation of elderly nurs-ing professional and technical talents,strengthen the cultivation of elderly nursing talents and team building,and improve the training mode of professional talents to meet the needs of the elder-ly nursing industry in China,promote the health and longevity of the elderly population in China.
