中药膏摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症1例的护理

Nursing of a patient with lumbar disc herniation treated with Chinese herbal medicine ointment therapy

腰椎间盘突出症是骨科常见疾病,下腰痛是患者就诊的主要症状。中医外治疗法缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛症状效果明确。本文回顾中药膏摩治疗1例腰椎间盘突出综合症患者的效果,总结护理经验。通过对患者精准的护理评估,明确患者的护理目标,在常规护理和健康宣教的基础上,通过实施中药膏摩技术,能够有效改善患者疼痛与下肢无力症状。中药膏摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果明确,且不良反应少,易于患者接受。

Lumbar disc herniation is a common cause of lower back pain that affects the quali-ty of life of patients.This article reviews the clinical nursing practice of one patient with lumbar disc herniation treated with Chinese herbal medicine ointment therapy.Based on the comprehen-sive nursing assessment of patient’s condition,the nursing goals were clarified.In addition to rou-tine nursing and health education,Chinese herbal medicine ointment therapy was carried out to re-lieve patient’s pain and lower limb weakness.Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment is a safe and effective external therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
