1例肝内胆汁淤积合并瘙痒症患者的中西医结合护理

Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing of a patient with intrahepatic cholestasis and pruritus

本文总结1例肝内胆汁淤积合并瘙痒症患者的中西医结合护理体会。护理人员根据患者评估结果,在加强皮肤护理、饮食护理、睡眠护理、情志护理等常规护理基础上,基于中医辨证理论,实施耳穴疗法联合口服中药汤剂,有效改善了患者皮肤瘙痒症状,提升了睡眠质量。

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing of a patient with intrahepatic cholestasis and pruritus.Based on the theo-ry of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation,the implementation of auricular acu-point therapy combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine decoction,and with skin care,diet care,sleep care,exercise and rest care and other intervention measures,effectively re-lieved the skin itching symptoms and improved the patient’s sleep quality.
