Perioperative nursing of patients undergoing transcatheter edge-to-edge repair

目的回顾性分析经导管行二尖瓣夹合术(TEER)的围手术期护理要点。方法收集5例行TEER手术治疗的患者的临床资料,总结护理经验,包括术前准备、手术室环境准备、术中介入配合、并发症观察和术后护理等。结果5例患者均顺利完成手术,手术时长为120~180 min,术中失血量平均约为50 mL。结论TEER具有创伤小、出血少、预后快等优势,做好围手术期护理配合,有助于手术顺利完成。

Objective To analyze the key issues of perioperative nursing interventions for pa-tients undergoing transcatheter edge-to-edge repair(TEER).Methods Clinical data of five pa-tients undergoing TEER were retrospectively analyzed.Key points of perioperative nursing inter-ventions included preparation of operating room procedures and medical resources management be-fore surgery,doctor-nurse cooperation in intervention surgery,and monitoring on complications and other postoperative nursing issues.Results The surgery was successful in all five patients,with a surgery duration ranged from 120 to 180 min and averaged amount of intraoperative blood loss of 50 mL.Conclusion The TEER has advantages of minimal incision,less intraoperative blood loss and better postoperative outcome.Perioperative nursing practice should be enhanced to ensure the success of the surgery and improve the recovery of patients.
