混合痔手术围手术期护理观察

Perioperative nursing of patients undergoing surgery for mixed haemorrhoids

目的回顾性分析混合痔手术患者围手术期护理经验。方法收集40例行手术治疗的混合痔患者的临床资料,总结归纳术前准备、术中配合和术后专科护理、并发症预防和治疗方法。结果本组患者中,术后4h内排尿者31例,6例患者通过给予神经反射诱导成功排尿,2例患者给予肌注新斯的明配合针刺治疗后成功排尿,1例患者行导尿术协助排尿。。术后随访3个月未发生患者复发及创面假愈合情况。结论混合痔手术根据病因和适应证选择适宜的手术方案,配合充分的术前准备、密切的术中护理配合以及精准的术后综合护理干预,有助于减轻患者痛苦,预防相关并发症,促进早期恢复。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing measures for patients undergo-ing surgery for mixed haemorrhoids.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients undergoing sur-gery for mixed haemorrhoids were retrospectively analyzed.Comprehensive nursing interventions such as preoperative preparation,intraoperative cooperation,postoperative specialist care and pre-venting and treatment of postoperative complications were carried out to ensure the success of the surgery.Results There were 31 cases who had urination within 4 h after surgery,6 cased had uri-nation after induction therapy,2 cases had urination after intramuscular injection of neostigmine and acupuncture,and 1 case had urination after catheterization.All patients were followed up for 3 months.There was no case of the recurrence of haemorrhoids,and wound had healed well in all 40 patients.Conclusion Surgical interventions should be designed according to the preoperative etiology and indicator.Preoperative nursing preparation,intraoperative nursing cooperation and targeted nursing interventions after surgery should be carried out to relieve the pain degree,pre-vent the postoperative complications and improve the recovery of the patient.
