Research progress of risk assessment tool and prevention of intraoperative hypothermia

本文对术中低体温发生风险预测工具的概念、类型、评估工具构建的比较分析及降低术中低体温发生风险的干预策略进行了综述,旨在提高医务工作者对低体温风险预测工具的认知,并为围术期低体温早期动态高效的干预提供理论依据。

This paper reviewed the studies on the concept and methods of risk assessment of intraoperative hypothermia,compared the construction of assessment tools at home and abroad,and summarized the prevention measures of intraoperative hypothermia.The aim of this review is to raise the medical workers’awareness of using risk assessment tools in clinical practice,and pro-vide reference for the effective interventions on prevention of intraoperative hypothermia.
