本研究概述行为改变轮理论在国内外的应用现状,探讨其在临床护理领域中的应用与启示,以期为国内研究者应用该理论提供参考。通过检索国内外行为改变轮理论相关研究文献,从行为改变轮理论的内中外3层框架、9大功能、7大政策、国内外应用效果及启示等方面进行综述。发现基于行为改变轮理论的干预方案对患者的依从性、自我管理、疾病相关知识和正向情绪都具有良好的结局。行为改变轮理论为行为改变干预方案的构建提供系统的理论指导,对于临床护理干预有重要的参考价值.

This article aims to outline the current status of the application of the Behavior Change Wheel(BCW)theory at home and abroad,and to explore its application and revelation in the field of clinical nursing practice,with a view to providing references for the application of the theory by domestic researchers.Studies related to the BCW theory at home and abroad were searched,and researchers had reviewed the 3-layer framework,9 functions,7 policies,domestic and international application effects and revelations of the BCW theory.The intervention program based on the behavior change wheel theory had good outcomes on patients'adherence,self-man-agement,disease-related knowledge and positive emotions.BCW theory has provided systematic theoretical guidance for the construction of behavior change intervention programs and has impor-tant reference value for clinical nursing practice.
