人工智能技术(AI)是通过模拟人类认知功能的计算算法来分析复杂的医疗数据,在疾病的诊断、预后和治疗过程中整合生物、心理和社会因素以提供科学、可靠的依据。本研究综述了AI在老年认知障碍人群中应用的研究进展,包括AI在老年认知功能障碍人群中评估与监测的种类及应用、干预方式以及未来面临的机遇与挑战等,并阐述该类技术对护理实践的指导意义,以期为老年认知障碍护理的信息化实践研究提供依据。

Artificial intelligence(AI)in healthcare is the use of computational algorithms that mimic human cognitive functions to analyze complex medical data.AI technologies support the integration of biological,psychological,and social factors when approaching diagnosis,progno-sis,and treatment of disease.This article reviews the research progress of the application of AI technology in elderly people with cognitive impairment,including the types and applications of ar-tificial intelligence technology in the evaluation and monitoring of elderly people with cognitive dysfunction,intervention methods,and future opportunities and challenges,and expounds the guiding significance of such technology on nursing practice,in order to provide a basis for the re-search of nursing informatization practice.
