摘要
为探讨夏秋高温季节黄曲条跳甲的生物防控技术,以小白菜品种浙白5号和青梗菜品种夏绿为材料,研究不同剂量昆虫病原线虫(EPN)对黄曲条跳甲的防控效果。试验结果表明,剂量在0.5亿~1.5亿尾/667 m^(2)时,EPN对黄曲条跳甲的防效随剂量的提高而提高,喷施2次的防效高于喷施1次;播种后3、10 d各喷施1次1.5亿尾/667 m^(2) EPN,防效最高,为73.47%~83.21%。
In order to explore the biological prevention and control technology of Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius)in summer and autumn high temperature season,Chinese cabbage cultivar Zhebai No.5 and pakchoi cultivar Xialv were selected as materials to study the control effect of different entomopathogenic nematode(EPN)dose against P.striolata(Fabricius).The results showed that with the increase of EPN dose,the control effect increased when the EPN dose varied from 50 hundred million to 150 hundred million,and the control effect of spraying twice was higher than that of spraying once.The control effect of spraying 150 million EPN at 3 days and 10 days after sowing was the highest,which could reach 73.47%to 83.21%.
