桥梁超限智能监测系统设计

摘要 为解决当前桥梁治超监管在日常工作中没有实时动态监测数据、缺乏有效监管手段的问题,本文应用物联网、大数据、人工智能和数字孪生技术设计桥梁超限智能监测系统。通过构建桥梁数字孪生底座,对超限车辆检测、超限主动预警及超限车辆跟踪等过程进行实时监测、管理与展示。研究结果表明,桥梁超限智能监测系统能够实现桥梁超限违法行为的感知、预警、跟踪与处置,有利于提升桥梁安全管理智能化水平,从而保障桥梁交通运输安全畅通。 To solve the problem of lack of real-time dynamic monitoring data and effective supervision methods in daily work of bridge overload control supervision,this article applies Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,and digital twin technology to design an intelligent monitoring system for bridge overload.By constructing a digital twin base for bridges,real-time monitoring,management,and display of processes such as over limit vehicle detection,over limit active warning,and over limit vehicle tracking can be carried out.The research results indicate that the intelligent monitoring system for bridge overloading can achieve the perception,warning,tracking,and disposal of illegal behaviors of bridge overloading,which is conducive to improving the intelligent level of bridge safety management and ensuring the safe and smooth transportation of bridges.
