摘要 介绍了一种降低离心泵出口调节阀压降的试算方法,通过试算,在尽量降低调节阀压降以节约操作能耗的同时,确保调节阀在整个操作范围内均有合适的阀门开度,综合考虑工艺需求与仪表阀门的可实现性,确保了计算结果在工程上的适用性,具有很好的工程应用价值。 This paper introduces a trial calculation method for reducing the control valve pressure drop after a centrifugal pump,through the trial calculation,while reducing the pressure drop of the control valve as much as possible to save the energy consumption of the operation,it ensures that the control valve has a suitable valve opening in the whole operating range,and comprehensively considers the process requirements and the realizability of the instrument valve,which ensures the applicability of the calculation results in the project,and has good engineering application value.
