参数化建模对冻干机冷凝器结构仿真优化设计的研究

摘要 冻干机分为干燥箱(俗称:前箱)与冷凝器(俗称后箱)组成,冷凝器的捕冰效率会直接影响到冻干机整体的性能。为了提升设备竞争力,文章基于StarCCM+对冷凝器的气流速度均匀性(UI-V)进行CFD模拟,并根据结果进行优化设计。以气流均匀性为设计目标,采用3种设计方案进行参数化建模,利用批量化作业的模式迭代最优解。通过210轮迭代优化,最终得到了冷凝器最佳的结构设计方案,UI-V由原先的0.65提高到0.79,提升了22%左右。采用CFD模拟与参数化建模相结合,为设备设计在迭代优化时提供了一种更加高效、低成本的方式,以满足生物医药领域对冷冻干燥设备不断增长的需求。 The freeze dryer is divided into a chamber(commonly known as the front box)and a condenser(commonly known as the back box),and the ice capture efficiency of the condenser directly affects the overall performance of the freeze dryer.In order to enhance the competitiveness of the equipment,this article conducts CFD simulation on the uniformity of air flow velocity(UI-V)in the condenser based on StarCCM+,and optimizes the design according to the results.Taking airflow uniformity as the design objective,three design schemes are adopted for parameterized modeling,and the optimal solution is iterated using batch operation mode.Through 210 rounds of iterative optimization,the optimal structural design scheme for the condenser was finally obtained,with UI-V increasing from 0.65 to 0.79,an increase of about 22%.The combination of CFD simulation and parametric modeling provides a more efficient and cost-effective way for device design during iterative optimization,to meet the growing demand for freeze dryer in the biopharmaceutical field.
