打造海洋文化研学品牌 助力素质教育发展——以“鲸探海洋科普研学基地”为例

摘要 建设海洋强国是新时代我国总结历史经验,应对现实需求和未来发展挑战,统筹陆海发展的重要目标。建设海洋强国需要强大海洋文化支持,更需要在群众尤其是中小学生中开展海洋教育以培养厚重海洋意识,形成优越的发展环境支持和培养庞大海洋人才后备军。全国海洋文化产业示范基地“鲸探海洋科普研学基地”积极面向中小学生开展海洋主题素质教育,取得良好的教育效果和社会反响。但在企业主导海洋文化素质教育过程中也存在较多现实问题,迫切需要多方主体共同参与,探索更加合意而有效的路径加以解决。 Building a maritime power is an important goal for China to summarize historical experience,respond to current needs and future development challenges,and coordinate land and sea development in the new era.Building a maritime power requires strong support from maritime culture,and more importantly,it is necessary to carry out maritime education among the masses,especially primary and secondary school students,to cultivate a strong maritime awareness,form a superior development environment to support and cultivate a large reserve of marine talents.The“Whale Exploring Marine Science Popularization Research Base”,a national demonstration base for marine cultural industry,actively carries out marine themed quality education for primary and secondary school students,achieving good educational results and social response.However,there are also many practical problems in the process of enterprise led ocean culture quality education,and there is an urgent need for multiple parties to participate together and explore more satisfactory and effective paths to solve them.
