摘要 在“碳达峰”和“碳中和”的大背景下,冶金领域正在由传统“碳冶金”向新型“氢冶金”发生转变,氢冶金技术能够有效降低碳排放量甚至实现零碳排放的目标,助力钢铁行业绿色低碳发展。通过分析氢冶金动力学与热力学原理,对国内外富氢还原高炉与气基直接还原竖炉所应用的氢冶金技术及研究进展进行了系统的综述,对比了氢冶金工艺中长流程和短流程两种工艺特点,总结了氢冶金技术的研究和发展方向,针对氢冶金技术目前在工业化应用中存在的问题进行了分析,有助于促进氢冶金技术的发展和工业化推广。 Against the backdrop of"carbon peaking"and"carbon neutrality",the metallurgical industry is transitioning from traditional"carbon metallurgy"to a new type of"hydrogen metallurgy".Hydrogen metallurgy technology can effectively reduce carbon emissions and even achieve the goal of zero carbon emissions,assisting the green and low-carbon development of the steel industry.In this paper,the kinetics and thermodynamic principles of hydrogen metallurgy are analyzed,and a systematic review is conducted on the hydrogen metallurgy technology applied in hydrogen-rich reduction blast furnaces and gas-based direct reduction shaft furnaces both domestically and internationally as well as its research progress.The characteristics of the long and short processes in hydrogen metallurgy technology are compared,and the research and development direction of hydrogen metallurgy technology is summarized.The current problems in industrial application of hydrogen metallurgy technology are analyzed,which helps to promote the development and industrial promotion of hydrogen metallurgy technology.
