铁路信号点灯单元的可靠性探讨

摘要 我国普速铁路信号显示依然依靠地面信号机,信号机能否正常工作直接影响行车安全与运输效率。为了保证铁路信号机的可靠工作,必须要有稳定可靠的信号光源,而点灯单元是信号光源的核心部分。针对目前铁路信号点灯单元可靠性低的情况,通过认真分析,从探讨灯丝转换器件的选取、灯丝转换继电器的驱动原理上做出改进,并且提出利用载波通信为监测单元提供可靠电源,提高了信号点灯单元的可靠性,为铁路信号点灯单元实现“故障修”提供技术保障。 The signal display of ordinary-speed railways still depends on ground signals in China,and whether signals can work normally directly affects traffic safety and transportation efficiency.In order to ensure the reliable work of railway signals,it is necessary to have stable and reliable signal light sources,and the lighting unit is the core part of signal light sources.In view of the low reliability of railway signal lighting units at present,through careful analysis,this paper discusses and improves the selection of filament conversion devices and the driving principle of filament conversion relays,and proproses to use carrier communication to provide reliable power supply for the monitoring unit,which improves the reliability of signal lighting units and provides technical guarantee for the realization of the"fault repair"of railway signal lighting units.
