明挖与顶管管廊隧道变形差异沉降分析

摘要 明挖与顶管管廊隧道施工需要严格控制两者与工作井之间的差异沉降。通过对台州某GIL管廊隧道进行有限元分析表明:在管廊与工作井交接处进行土体加固能有效降低沉降差异,保护结构安全。经对不同的加固方式进行分析得知,随着加固深度和加固面积的增加,明挖隧道底板的最大沉降逐渐减小,但减小幅度逐渐减弱,建议明挖隧道与工作井交接处加固深度为4 m,加固宽度为4 m。 It is necessary to strictly control the differential settlement between open-cut and jacked pipe gallery tunnel construction and working wells.The finite element analysis of a GIL tunnel in Taizhou shows that soil reinforcement at the junction of the tunnel and the working well can effectively reduce the settlement difference and protect the structure safety.Through the analysis of different reinforcement methods,it is known that with the increase of reinforcement depth and reinforcement area,the maximum settlement of the floor of the open-cut tunnel decreases gradually,but the reduction amplitude is gradually weakened.It is suggested that the reinforcement depth and width at the junction of open-cut tunnel and working well should be 4 m and 4 m,respectively.
