摘要
城市化进程加剧了城市土地利用格局变化,城市建设用地占比逐步提升,衍生了城市建设用地监管系列需求。为此,分析建设用地信息监管业务需求,利用B/S,C/S混合架构设计并实现城市建设用地信息监管系统,实现建设用地空间数据智能治理与精准管理,可为我国国土资源相关行业提供技术参考。
The urbanization process has intensified the change of urban land use pattern,and the proportion of urban construction land has gradually increased,which has derived a series of demands for urban construction land supervision.Therefore,this paper analyzes the business requirements of construction land information supervision,uses B/S and C/S mixed architecture to design and implement urban construction land information supervision system,and realizes intelligent governance and accurate management of construction land spatial data,which can provide technical reference for China's land resource-related industries.
