乳酸菌阴道胶囊+戊酸雌二醇联用方案治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of the Combination of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules andEstradiol Valerate in the Treatment of Senile Vaginitis

目的:探析乳酸菌阴道胶囊+戊酸雌二醇联用方案治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月,在沈阳市康平县人民医院接受诊疗的老年性阴道炎患者共70例作为本次的研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为两组,即对照组和观察组(每组35例),对照组单纯给予戊酸雌二醇治疗,观察组则采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊+戊酸雌二醇联用方案,对比两组的临床疗效(总有效率)、性激素指标水平、临床症状消失时间及阴道乳酸菌阳性情况。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率、E 2、阴道乳酸菌阳性率高于对照组,LH、P低于对照组,外阴瘙痒、白带异常、阴道充血、灼痛感等症状的消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取乳酸菌阴道胶囊+戊酸雌二醇联用方案治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果明显,能纠正患者阴道的正常生理状态,加速临床症状的消失,建议临床采纳。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the combination of lactobacillus vaginal capsules and estradiol valerate in the treatment of senile vaginitis,and to provide reference for clinical physicians to choose a reasonable medication plan.Methods:A total of 70 patients with senile vaginitis who received diagnosis and treatment at Kangping County People's Hospital in Shenyang City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the study subjects were divided into two groups-the control group and the observation group(with 35 cases in each group).The control group was treated with estradiol valerate only,while the observation group was treated with a combination of lactobacillus vaginal capsules and estradiol valerate.The clinical efficacy(total effective rate),levels of sex hormone indicators,time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,and positive vaginal lactobacilli were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical treatment total effective rate,E2,and positive rate of vaginal lactobacilli in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while LH and P were lower than those in the control group.The disappearance time of symptoms such as external genital itching,abnormal vaginal discharge,vaginal congestion,and burning pain was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of lactobacillus vaginal capsules and estradiol valerate in the treatment of senile vaginitis has a significant clinical effect,can correct the normal physiological state of the patient's vagina,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms,and is recommended for clinical adoption.
