重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗宫颈HPV感染的 效果观察

Effect of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b vaginal effervescent tablet in the treatment of cervical HPV infection

目的分析重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法选取92例宫颈HPV感染患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组46例。对照组采用克林霉素治疗,研究组采用重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率及HPV转阴率均较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗3个月、6个月研究组HPV病毒载量较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组炎性因子水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率2.17%低于对照组的17.39%(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾片治疗宫颈HPV感染效果较佳,可提高HPV清除率,并抑制炎性反应,安全性良好,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon alpha 2b vaginal effervescent tablet in the treatment of cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 92 patients with cervical HPV infection were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clindamycin,and the study group was treated with recombinant human interferon a2b vaginal effervescent tablet.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate and negative conversion rate of HPV in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The HPV viral load of the study group was lower than that of the control group after 3 months and 6 months of treatment(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(2.17%)was lower than that in the control group(17.39%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α2b vaginal effervescent tablet has a good effect in the treatment of cervical HPV infection,can increase the HPV clearance rate,and inhibit the inflammatory response,and is safe and worthy of clinical application.
