葆宫止血颗粒联合地屈孕酮治疗青春期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的临床效果分析

Effect analysis of Baogongzhixue granules combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulatory disorder in adolescence

目的探讨葆宫止血颗粒联合地屈孕酮治疗青春期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取50例青春期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者,根据随机抽签法分为参照组与研究组,每组25例。参照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上采用葆宫止血颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率100%高于参照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。研究组月经周期恢复时间短于参照组,月经量少于参照组,经前子宫内膜厚度薄于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组雌二醇、促黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论葆宫止血颗粒联合地屈孕酮治疗比单用地屈孕酮治疗青春期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Baogongzhixue granules combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by ovulatory disorder in adolescence.Methods 50 adolescent patients with abnormal uterine bleeding due to ovulatory dysfunction were selected and divided into reference group and study group according to random drawing method,with 25 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with dydrogesterone,and the study group was treated with Baogongzhixue granules on the basis of the reference group.The therapeutic ffect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100%higher than that of the reference group(76.00%)(P<0.05).The menstrual cycle recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the reference group,the menstrual volume was less than that of the reference group,and the premenstrual endometrial thickness was thinner than that of the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of estradiol,luteinizing hormone and FSH between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Baogongzhixue granules combined with dydrogesterone is more effective than dydrogesterone alone in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding in adolescent ovulation disorder,and it is worthy of clinical application.
