舒芬太尼联合瑞芬太尼与单纯舒芬太尼静脉用药在妇科腹腔镜手术中的效果比较

The effect ofintravenous sufentanil combined with remifentanil and sufentanil alone in gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨舒芬太尼联合瑞芬太尼与单纯舒芬太尼静脉用药在妇科腹腔镜手术中的效果。方法选取100例妇科腹腔镜手术患者,按照床号的奇偶数将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组患者接受单纯的舒芬太尼静脉治疗,研究组患者接受舒芬太尼联合瑞芬太尼静脉治疗。比较两组的临床手术指标及麻醉效果。结果两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组自主呼吸恢复时间和意识清醒时间均短于对照组,手术结束6h、24h疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组手术10min(T_(1))、手术结束(T_(2))时心率、收缩压和舒张压水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与单纯舒芬太尼静脉用药相比,舒芬太尼联合瑞芬太尼用药对妇科腹腔镜手术患者的麻醉效果更佳,可降低患者疼痛,减少对血流动力学指标的影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of sufentanil combined with remifentanil and sufentanil alone in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 100 gynecological laparoscopic patients were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the odd and even number of bed numbers,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received sufentanil intravenous therapy alone,and the study group received sufentanil combined with remifentanil intravenous therapy.The clinical indexes and anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05),but the recovery time of spontaneous breathing and waking time of patients in the study group were shorter than those in the control group.The pain scores of the study group at 6 h and 24 h after surgery were(2.64±0.23)and(4.16±0.23)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(3.18±0.24)and(5.31±0.21)points(P<0.05).The hemodynamic indexes of the two groups fluctuated significantly at 10 min(T_(1))and the end of the operation(T_(2)),and the heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single intravenous sufentanil,sufentanil combined with remifentanil has better anesthetic effect on gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients,which can reduce the pain of patients and reduce the influence on hemodynamics.
