黄体酮胶囊联合宫腔镜冷刀切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of progesterone capsules combined with hysteroscopic cold knife resection for the treatment of endometrial polyps

目的探讨黄体酮胶囊联合宫腔镜冷刀切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法选取150例子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(72例)、试验组(78例)。对照组采用宫腔镜冷刀切除术治疗,试验组采用黄体酮胶囊联合宫腔镜冷刀切除术治疗,比较两组的月经情况、经前子宫内膜厚度、妊娠情况及复发情况。结果术后3个月,试验组月经失血图评分低于对照组,经前子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组妊娠率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄体酮胶囊联合宫腔镜冷刀切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉效果显著,可有效降低月经量评分及子宫内膜厚度,提高妊娠率,减少术后复发率。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of progesterone capsules combined with hysteroscopic cold knife resection for the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 150 patients with endometrial polyps were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group(72 cases)and an experimental group(78 cases).The control group was treated with hysteroscopic cold knife resection,while the experimental group was treated with progesterone capsules combined with hysteroscopic cold knife resection.The menstrual status,premenstrual endometrial thickness,pregnancy status,and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results Three months after surgery,the menstrual bleeding map score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the premenstrual endometrial thickness was smaller than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The pregnancy rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of progesterone capsules and hysteroscopic cold knife resection has a significant effect on the treatment of endometrial polyps,which can effectively reduce menstrual flow scores and endometrial thickness,improve pregnancy rate,and reduce postoperative recurrence.
