针灸联合汤剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床分析

Clinical analysis of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with decoction in treating infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探究针灸联合补脾滋肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床疗效。方法选取100例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,研究组患者采用针灸联合补脾滋肾汤治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、性激素水平、排卵与妊娠情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.00%,对照组治疗总有效率为74.00%,研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组的血清卵泡刺激素、睾酮及黄体生成素水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组排卵率与妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合补脾滋肾汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕可取得良好效果,能够有效改善患者的排卵与妊娠情况,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Bupi Zishen decoction on infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 100 cases of infertility caused by PCOS were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with acupuncture combined with Bupi Zishen decoction.The treatment effect,sex hormone levels,ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%,and that of the control group was 74.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(,<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,testosterone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Bupi Zishen decoction can achieve good results in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome,and can effectively improve ovulation and pregnancy of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
