早期康复对妊娠期高血压疾病合并脑出血患者的疗效影响

Effect of early rehabilitation on patients with hypertensive pregnancy complicated with cerebral hemorrhage

目的探究妊娠期高血压疾病合并脑出血患者接受早期康复的临床效果。方法选取50例妊娠期高血压疾病合并脑出血患者,根据计算机抽样分为两组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用早期康复干预。比较两组干预效果。结果干预前,两组生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、躯体疼痛对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组生理功能、社会功能、精神健康、躯体疼痛评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理安全、护理服务、护理责任、护患关系及护理指导评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期高血压疾病合并脑出血护理干预中,加强早期康复干预,可提高临床护理服务质量与患者生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early rehabilitation in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 50 patients with gestational hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into two groups according to computer sampling,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing based on the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in physiological function,social function,mental health and physical pain between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological function,social function,mental health and physical pain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing safety,nursing service,nursing responsibility,nurse-patient relationship and nursing guidance scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing intervention of pregnancy-induced hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage,strengthening early rehabilitation nursing can improve the quality of clinical nursing service and the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
