精细化护理在宫颈癌放疗患者中的应用价值研究

Study on the application value of refined nursing in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy

目的探究精细化护理在宫颈癌放疗患者中的应用价值。方法选取86例行放疗治疗的宫颈癌患者,按照随机数字表法分组,每组43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理。比较两组患者放射不良反应发生情况和生活质量。结果观察组患者放射不良反应发生率为6.98%,明显低于对照组的23.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况及功能状况评分均比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理可以降低宫颈癌放疗患者不良反应发生风险,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application value of refined nursing in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods 86 patients with cervical cancer receiving radiotherapy were divided into 43 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursings and the observation group received refined nursing.The incidence of adverse radiation reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse radiation reaction in observation group was 6.98%,which was significantly lower than that in control group(23.26%),with statistical significance(i7<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological status,social/family status,emotional status and functional status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing can reduce the risk of adverse reactions in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy,improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
