护理管理流程优化在提升妇产科门诊分诊护理质量中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of nursing management process optimization in improving the quality of triage nursing in obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department

目的观察护理管理流程优化在提升妇产科门诊分诊护理质量中的应用效果。方法选取100例妇产科门诊就诊患者,根据就诊先后顺序将患者分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采取常规门诊护理管理,观察组采取护理管理流程优化。对比两组的护理质量评分、患者满意度、护患纠纷率、就诊及分诊等候时间。结果观察组的患者满意度(98.00%)比对照组(78.00%)高,护患纠纷率(0%)比对照组(18.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分比对照组高,就诊及分诊等候时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理流程优化可以显著提高妇产科门诊的护理质量和分诊效率,降低护患纠纷发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To observe the application effect of nursing management process optimization in improving the quality of triage nursing in obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department.Methods 10o patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the order of treatment,with 50 patients in each group.The control group took routine outpatient nursing management,and the observation group took nursing management process optimization.The nursing quality score,patient satisfaction,nurse-patient dispute rate,waiting time for treatment and triage were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction rate of patients in observation group(98.00%)was higher than that in control group(78.00%),and the nurse-patient dispute rate(0%)was lower than that in control group(18.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the waiting time of treatment and triage was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management process optimization can significantly improve the nursing quality and triage efficiency of obstetrics and gynecology outpatient clinics,reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes,and improve patient satisfaction.
