妇科肿瘤术后淋巴水肿护理风险早期预警及防范措施的有效性

Early warning of lymphedema nursing risk after gynecological tumor surgery and effectiveness of preventive measures

目的探讨妇科肿瘤术后淋巴水肿护理风险早期预警机制及防范措施的有效性。方法选取60例妇科肿瘤手术患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用淋巴水肿护理风险的早期预警机制及防范措施。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组下肢淋巴水肿发生率36.67%明显低于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后妇科癌症淋巴水肿问卷(GCLQ)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后生活质量及自我护理评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妇科肿瘤术后患者接受淋巴水肿护理风险早期预警和防范措施,不仅可以有效降低淋巴水肿发生风险,还能提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the early warning mechanism of nursing risk of lymphedema after gynecological tumor surgery and the effectiveness of preventive measures.Methods 60 gynecological tumor patients were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early warning mechanism and preventive measures of lymphedema nursing risk.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of lower limb lymphedema in observation group(36.67%)was significantly lower than that in control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).The score of gynecological cancer lymphedema questionnaire(GCLQ)after nursing in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The quality of life and selfcare scores after nursing in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The early warning and prevention measures for patients receiving lymphedema nursing care can not only effectively reduce the risk of lymphedema,but also improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
