Objective To investigate the effects of personalized dietary nutrition guidance on intestinal flora and pregnancy outcome. Methods 359 pregnant women were selected and divided into control group(179 cases)and observation group(180 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was given conventional dietary guidance, and the observation group was given personalized dietary nutrition guidance. The intestinal flora and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were compared. Results Before delivery, the contents of bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the contents of Bacteroides, enterobacter and enterococcus were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate of 10.00%and postpartum hemorrhage rate of 0.56%in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(23.46%and 4.47%),and the incidence of low birth weight infants in the observation group was 0%significantly lower than that in the control group(3.35%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized dietary nutrition guidance during pregnancy can promote the growth of beneficial bacteria, regulate the balance of intestinal flora, facilitate the natural delivery of pregnant women, reduce postpartum bleeding rate, prevent low birth weight infants, and protect maternal and child health, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
