炔诺酮配合黄体酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血临床效果及对子宫内膜容受性的影响

Clinical effect of norethisterone combined with progesterone in the treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding and the effect on endometrial receptivity

目的探讨炔诺酮配合黄体酮治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血(AUB)临床效果及对子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法选取82例AUB患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(采用炔诺酮治疗)与研究组(采用炔诺酮配合黄体酮治疗),各41例。比较两组患者临床效果及子宫内膜容受性。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.56%,较对照组82.93%高(P<0.05)。研究组总出血量、出血停止时间、血红蛋白(Hb)水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组子宫内膜厚度薄于对照组,子宫内膜血流阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论炔诺酮配合黄体酮治疗AUB患者效果满意,能够有效控制出血,调节子宫内膜容受性,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of norethisterone combined with progesterone on perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB)and its impact on endometrial receptivity.Methods 82 AUB patients were selected and divided into control group(treated with norethisterone)and study group(treated with norethisterone combined with progesterone)according to random number table method,with 41 cases each.The clinical effect and endometrial receptivity of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.56%,which was higher than that of the control group 82.93%(P<0.05).There were significant differences in total blood loss,stopping time and hemoglobin(Hb)level between the study group and the control group(P<o.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the study group was thinner than that of the control group,and the indexes of endometrial blood flow resistance index(RI)and pulsation index(PI)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Norethinone combined with progesterone can effectively control bleeding and regulate endometrial receptivity in the treatment of AUB patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
