白细胞酯酶试验与白细胞镜检在阴道分泌物检测中的应用分析

Application of leukocyte esterase test and leukocyte microscopy in the detection of vaginal secretions

目的分析白细胞酯酶试验与白细胞镜检应用于阴道分泌物检测中的临床价值。方法选取112例行阴道分泌物检测者,先行白细胞酯酶试验,再行白细胞镜检,对比病理学诊断结果,观察白细胞酯酶试验与白细胞镜检在阴道分泌物检测中的诊断效能。结果112例受检者中有96例确诊为细菌性阴道病,占比为85.71%。白细胞酯酶试验的诊断敏感度为85.29%(87/102),特异度为70.00%(7/10);白细胞镜检的诊断敏感度为85.58%(89/104),特异度为75.00%(6/8),比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.934、0.864,P>0.05)。结论白细胞酯酶试验、白细胞镜检均可用作阴道分泌物检测的方法,但二者诊断效能大致相同,应依据具体情况选择。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of leukocyte esterase test and leukocyte microscopy in the detection of vaginal secretions.Methods 112 vaginal secretions were detected by leukocyte esterase test,followed by leukocj,te microscopy.The diagnostic efficacy of leukocyte esterase test and leukocyte microscopy in vaginal secretions was observed by comparing the pathological diagnosis results.Results Among the 112 cases,96 cases were diagnosed as bacterial vaginosis,accounting for 85.71%.The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of leucocyte esterase test were 85.29%(87/102)and 70.00%(7/10).The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of leukoscopy were 85.58%(89/104)and 75.00%(6/8),with no statistical significance(χ^(2)=0.934、0.864,P>0.05).Conclusion Leucocyte esterase test and leucocjrte microscopy can be used to detect vaginal secretions,but their diagnostic efficacy is roughly the same,should be selected according to the specific situation.
