生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼应用于女性压力性尿失禁护理中的临床效果

摘要 目的分析生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼应用于女性压力性尿失禁护理中的临床效果。方法选取56例女性压力性尿失禁患者,将信息资料纳入计算机系统随机分为对照组与观察组,每组28例。对照组采用盆底肌锻炼,观察组采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼。比较两组患者干预前后的漏尿量、尿失禁问卷表简表(ICIQ-SF)、女性性功能指数调查量表(FSFI)评分及盆底肌力情况。结果观察组患者护理后漏尿量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者慢肌平均肌电值、快肌最大肌电值、前静息肌电值、后静息平均肌电值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后ICIQ-SF、FSFI评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性压力性尿失禁采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼,可减少患者漏尿量,对改善患者尿失禁及性功能指数等具有重要价值,还能提高患者盆底肌力水平,应用效果突出,值得临床推广。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise in nursing care of female stress urinary incontinence.Methods 56 female patients with stress urinary incontinence were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 28 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the observation group received biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise.Urine leakage,urinary incontinence questionnaire(ICIQ-SF),Female sexual ftmction index survey(FSFI)score and pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Urine leakage after nursing in observation group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).The average EMG value of slow muscle,maximum EMG value of fast muscle,pre-rest EMG value and post-rest EMG value of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After nursings ICIQ-SF and FSFI scores in observation group were significantly different from those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise for female stress urinary incontinence can reduce the urine leakage of patients,which is of great value for improving urinary incontinence and sexual function index of patients,and can also improve the level of pelvic floor muscle strength of patients,and the application effect is outstanding,worthy of clinical promotion.
