整合式心理护理干预对宫颈癌放疗患者希望水平的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of integrated psychological nursing intervention on hope level of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy

目的探究整合式心理护理干预对宫颈癌放疗患者希望水平的影响。方法选取60例宫颈癌患者,采用信封法随机分组,每组30例。对照组采用心理护理,观察组采用整合式心理护理干预。比较两组患者心理健康状况、希望水平及护理满意度。结果观察组心理健康状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的积极生活态度、积极行动及与他人关系密切角度的希望水平评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度96.67%比对照组的73.33%显著更高(P<0.05)。结论整合式心理护理干预可以纠正宫颈癌放疗患者不良心理,让患者充满希望,是理想的护理模式。

Objective To explore the effect of integrated psychological nursing intervention on hope level of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy.Methods 60 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided by envelope method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received psychological nursing,and the observation group received integrated psychological nursing intervention.The mental health status,hope level and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The mental health status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The positive life attitude,positive action and hope level scores of close relationship with others in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67%higher than that in the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated psychological nursing intervention can correct the bad psychology of patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy,and make patients full of hope,which is an ideal nursing model.
