PBL式健康教育及早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响

Effect of PBL health education and early nursing intervention on pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病患者接受PBL式健康教育和早期护理干预对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取68例妊娠期糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组34例。对照组应用常规护理措施,观察组采用PBL式健康教育及早期护理干预。比较两组患者的血糖指标、遵医行为及妊娠结局。结果观察组患者护理后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者遵从率97.06%明显高于对照组的73.53%(P<0.05)。观察组患者与新生儿不良结局发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者接受PBL式健康教育和早期护理干预的护理效果显著,不仅可以实现对遵医行为的积极调节,还能够规避不良妊娠结局,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of PBL health education and early nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods 68 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing measures,and the observation group was treated with PBL health education and early nursing intervention.Blood glucose index,compliance behavior and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(i7<0.05).The compliance rate of observation group(97.06%)was significantly higher than that of control group(73.53%)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in observation group and neonates was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of PBL health education and early nursing intervention for gestational diabetes mellitus patients is significant,which can not only achieve positive regulation of compliance behavior,but also avoid adverse pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
