手术室优质护理在腹腔镜下子宫切除术中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing in operating room in laparoscopic hysterectomy

目的研究在腹腔镜下子宫切除术中给予手术室优质护理的应用效果。方法选取50例行腹腔镜下子宫切除术患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组予以手术室常规护理,观察组予以手术室优质护理。对比两组患者的术后各项指标和心理状态。结果术后观察组患者胃肠道恢复时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者行腹腔镜下子宫切除术中实施手术室优质护理可提升手术成功率,促进患者快速康复,缓解其不良心理情绪,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of high quality nursing in operating room during laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods 50 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing in the operating room.Compare postoperative indexes and psychological state of the two groups of patients.Results The time of gastrointestinal tract recovery,the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing in the operating room during laparoscopic hysterectomy can improve the success rate of surgery,promote the rapid recovery of patients,and alleviate their adverse psychological emotions,which has clinical application value.
