基于痰瘀风三因并治的抗痫煎剂治疗癫痫合并焦虑抑郁症患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Anti-epilepsy Decoction Based on Phlegm-stasis and Wind-three Causes Combined Treatment for Epilepsy Patients with Anxiety and Depression

目的:探讨抗痫煎剂联合西酞普兰治疗癫痫伴有焦虑抑郁症状的临床疗效。方法:选取广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院2021年4月至2021年6月就诊的90例癫痫合并有焦虑抑郁症状的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组1、对照组2,每组30例。三组患者均予常规的抗癫痫药物治疗,对照组1患者加用西酞普兰,对照组2患者加用抗痫煎剂,观察组患者加用抗痫煎剂和西酞普兰,比较三组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,三组患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组1、对照组2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有2例患者服药初期出现恶心、腹泻等胃肠道症状,未影响治疗。结论:基于痰瘀风三因并治的抗痫煎剂联合西酞普兰对改善癫痫合并的焦虑抑郁症状疗效优于单纯使用西药或单纯加用抗痫煎剂。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anti-epilepsy decoction combined with citalopram in the treatment of epilepsy accompanied by anxiety and depression.Methods A total of 90 patients with epilepsy combined with anxiety and depression from Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 30 cases in each group.All patients in the three groups were treated with conventional antiepileptic drugs,patients in the control group 1 were treated with citalopram,patients in the control group 2 were treated with anti-epileptic decoction,patients in the observation group were treated with anti-epileptic decoction and citalopram,and the therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the observation group,2 patients had gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and diarrhea at the beginning of taking the drug,which did not affect the treatment.Conclusion The effect of anti-epilepsy decoction combined with citalopram based on phlegm-stasis and wind-three causes is better than that of Western medicine alone or anti-epilepsy decoction alone.
