精针刀配合中药熏蒸治疗寒湿凝滞型神经根型颈椎病临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Fine Needle-knife Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation in the Treatment of Cold-dampness Congesting Type of Cervical Radiculopathy

目的:观察精针刀配合中药熏蒸治疗寒湿凝滞型神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2021-2022年云浮市人民医院收治的寒湿凝滞型神经根型颈椎病患者55例,随机分为观察组(27例,给予精针刀配合中药熏蒸)和对照组(28例,单纯给予精针刀)进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后肩颈部症状评分、上肢、手指症状评分、椎间孔挤压试验评分以及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者肩颈部症状、上肢及手指症状、椎间孔挤压试验、VAS评分均较治疗前下降,且治疗后观察组患者肩颈部症状、上肢及手指症状、椎间孔挤压试验、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精针刀配合中药熏蒸比单纯精针刀治疗寒湿凝滞型神经根型颈椎病有更好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of fine needleknife combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of cold-dampness stagnation type of cervical radiculopathy Methods Fifty-five patients with cold-dampness stagnation type of cervical radiculopathy treated in Yunfu People's Hospital from 2021 to 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(27 cases,given fine needle knife combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation)and a control group(28 cases,given fine needle knife alone)for treatment.The clinical efficacy,the score of shoulder and neck symptoms,the score of upper limb and finger symptoms,the score of foraminal compression test and the score of visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scorel of shoulder and neck symptoms,upper limb and finger symptoms,foraminal compression test,and VAS of the two groups were all decreased compared with before treatment,and after treatment,the scores of shoulder and neck symptoms,upper limb and finger symptoms,foraminal compression test,and VAS of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine needle knife combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has a better clinical effect than pure acupotomy in the treatment of colddampness congesting type of cervical radiculopathy.
