脑卒中长期卧床老年患者足下垂康复护理研究进展

Research progress on rehabilitation nursing of foot drop in elderly patients with long-term bedridden stroke

足下垂是脑卒中长期卧床老年患者常见并发症,易导致患者踝关节活动受限、跟腱挛缩、关节畸形等,直接影响患者偏瘫下肢运动功能、日常生活活动能力,增加患者跌倒的风险,严重影响老年患者生活质量,在临床上采用综合康复护理措施能有效预防足下垂的发生。本文对脑卒中长期卧床老年患者偏瘫下肢发生足下垂的病理机制、康复评定方法、综合康复护理措施等进行综述,旨在为今后的有关研究及实践提供参考依据。

Ptosis is a common complication of long-term bedridden elderly patients with stroke,which is easy to lead to ankle joint activity restriction,Achilles tendon contraction,joint deformity,etc.,which directly affects the motor function of lower limbs and activities of daily living of patients with hemiplegia,increases the risk of falling,and seriously affects the quality of life of elderly patients.Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures can effectively prevent foot drop in clinical practice.This paper reviews the pathologic mechanism,rehabilitation assessment methods and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing measures of foot drop in hemiplegic lower limbs of elderly patients with long-term bedridden stroke,aiming to provide reference for future research and practice.
