独活寄生汤联合温针灸治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction Combined with Warm Acupuncture in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的研究独活寄生汤联合温针灸治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选取2022年1月-2023年2月在我院诊治的58例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组29例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予独活寄生汤联合温针灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、疼痛(VAS)评分、膝关节功能(Lysholm)评分及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(82.50%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后关节疼痛、肿胀、僵硬、酸软评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后Lysholm评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论独活寄生汤和温针灸联合治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎可提升临床疗效,促进膝关节功能恢复,减轻患者临床症状,且不会增加不良反应,具有良好的应用有效性、安全性。

Objective To study the curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 58 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 29 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,pain(VAS)score,knee joint function(Lysholm)score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of joint pain,swelling,stiffness and soreness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Lysholm score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis,Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the clinical efficacy,promote the recovery of knee joint function,reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,and will not increase adverse reactions.It has good application effectiveness and safety.
