文章在分析提升大学生就业创业能力制约因素的基础上,有针对性地提出大学生就业创业能力提升策略,对今后大学生拥有更加全面、多元化的就业创业能力十分必要,这不仅可以满足毕业生对工作岗位的需求、填补企业单位人才的空缺,而且可以为社会发展注入新的生机和活力。基于此,社会各界和高校需要通过树立大学生就业创业的先进理念、规范化培养、提供灵活的就业指导与建设人才就业平台,提升高校大学生就业创业能力。

This paper from the analysis of college students'employment entrepreneurship ability increase on the basis of constraints,targeted college students employment entrepreneurship ability promotion strategy,for future students have more comprehensive and diversi⁃fied employment entrepreneurship ability is very necessary,it can not only meet the demand of graduates for jobs,fill the vacancy of enter⁃prise unit talent,more can inject new upgrade and vitality for social development.Based on this,all sectors of society and colleges and uni⁃versities need to establish advanced concepts of college students'employment and entrepreneurship,standardized training,provide flexible employment guidance and construction of talent employment platform and other aspects to improve the employment and entrepreneurship a⁃bility of college students.
