An analysis of the employment situation and countermeasures for college students in the digital economy era

数字经济的崛起带来了深刻的社会变革,大学生面临的就业压力也转变为传统职业的消失更替、各行各业的技术变革以及全球化背景下的竞争压力凸显等方面。对此,文章基于数字经济的定义、特点以及其发展特点,针对当前大学生的就业形势提出了一系列对策,包括推动创新创业教育、建设数字化招聘平台提高就业匹配度、开展数字技术培训以及跨学科课程设置等。

The rise of the digital economy has brought profound social changes,and the employment pressure faced by college students has also shifted to the disappearance and replacement of traditional professions,technological changes in various industries,and the promi⁃nent competitive pressure in the context of globalization.Based on the definition,characteristics,and development characteristics of the dig⁃ital economy,this article proposes a series of countermeasures for the current employment situation of college students,including promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education,building digital recruitment platforms to improve employment matching,conducting digital tech⁃nology training,and offering interdisciplinary courses.
