大学生人格特质与学习成绩的相关性探索

On Exploring the Correlation between Personality traits and Academic Achievement of College Students

摘要 为探索大学生人格特质与学习成绩之间的关联,对教师和学生提供相应的教学和学习建议,采用艾森克人格测试(EPQ)进行问卷调查,并运用SPSS软件进行数据分析,发现人格特质三因素中,内外倾维度与三门成绩均呈显著负相关,神经质维度与英语成绩呈显著正相关,精神质维度与三门成绩均无显著相关。从而得出结论:内向的学生学习成绩要显著高于外向的学生;情绪稳定的学生英语成绩要高于情绪相对不稳定的学生。
