低品质固废协同制备绿色充填胶凝材料

摘要 随着国家对环境保护要求日趋严苛,水泥价格逐年提高,以水泥作为充填胶凝材料的充填采矿成本不断提高,利用低品质固废开发低成本绿色充填胶凝材料替代水泥,对于提高矿山经济效益具有重要的现实意义。以邯邢地区某磁铁矿选矿全尾砂为骨料,利用周边固废资源进行矿渣基胶凝材料配比优化试验研究,获得矿渣基胶凝材料的配比:盐激发剂13%+碱激发剂11%+矿渣粉76%。胶砂比1∶4、料浆浓度66%的全尾砂矿渣基胶凝材料胶结充填体7d、28d强度分别为3.42 MPa和4.50 MPa,分别为42.5水泥强度的3.1倍和2.5倍,成本约为42.5水泥成本的70%。在此基础上,进一步利用钢渣固废,开展钢渣基全固废绿色充填胶凝材料的配比试验研究,获得钢渣基胶凝材料的配比:33%钢渣微粉+14%硫酸盐激发剂+53%矿渣微粉。胶砂比1∶4、料浆浓度66%的全尾砂钢渣基胶凝材料胶结充填体7d、28d强度分别为3.28 MPa和4.50 MPa,分别为42.5水泥强度的3.2倍和2.5倍,成本约为42.5水泥的60%。研究结果可为低成本绿色胶凝材料研发提供新思路。 With the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection,the price of cement is increasing year by year,and the cost of filling and mining with cement as filling cementitious material is increasing,using low quality solid waste to develop low cost green filling cementitious material to replace cement is of great practical significance for improving economic benefit of mine.Taking the whole tailings of a magnetite ore dressing in Hanxing area as aggregate,the experiment of optimizing the ratio of slag-based cementitious material was carried out by utilizing the peripheral solid waste resources,the ratio of salt activator 13%+alkali activator 11%+slag powder 76%was obtained.The strength of the whole tailings slag-based cementitious material with 1∶4 mortar ratio and 66%slurry concentration is 3.42 MPa and 4.50 MPa at 7d and 28d respectively,which is 3.1 times and 2.5 times of the strength of 42.5 cement respectively,the cost is about 70%of the 42.5 cement cost.On this basis,further utilization of steel slag solid waste,steel slag base waste green filling cementitious materials,the ratio of steel slag based cementitious material was obtained as follows:33%steel slag powder+14%sulfate activator+53%slag powder.The strength of 7d and 28d backfill of steel slag based cementitious material with 1∶4 mortar ratio and 66%slurry concentration are 3.28 MPa and 4.50 MPa respectively,which are 3.2 times and 2.5 times of 42.5 cement strength respectively,the cost is about 60%of 42.5 cement.The results can provide a new idea for the research and development of low-cost green cementitious materials.
