Influencing factors of dynamic viscosity for multigrade asphalt cement

从试验原理、样品准备和试验过程等方面入手,探讨了MAC沥青60℃动力黏度试验的影响因素。结果表明,试验过程中注入温度、取样量和试样均匀性等细节均会对测量结果产生影响,实际操作过程中应严格遵守规范要求。此外,对于MAC沥青等黏度较大的沥青,规范中试验终点判断等细节问题有待进一步补充完善。

Based on the test principle,sample preparation,test process and other aspects,the possible influencing factors of dynamic viscosity test for multigrade asphalt cement were researched,the results showed that temperature,sample amount and homogeneity may affect the result.The relevant regulations should be strictly observed during the actual operation.At the same time,for high viscosity asphalt,include multigrade asphalt cement,the test details such as endpoint judgment in the specification need to be further improved.
