关键节点控制在妇科择期手术患者术前准备中的应用及效果分析

Application of Critical Node Control in Preoperative Preparation of Gynecological Patients Undergoing Elective Surgery

目的 探讨关键节点控制理论在妇科择期手术患者术前准备中的应用及效果。方法 选取浙江省某三甲医院妇科2022年5—8月110例择期手术患者为观察组,2022年1—4月110例择期手术患者为对照组。观察组术前准备采用基于节点控制理论的管理策略,对照组术前准备采取常规管理策略,比较两组临床效果。结果 病区护士的术前准备知识理论与实践成绩均提高,观察组患者术前准备评分高于对照组,其缺陷率、手术延误发生率低于对照组;患者与手术医师满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.001或p<0.05)。结论 关键节点控制用于妇科病房择期手术患者术前准备中,可有效提高病区护士术前准备知识掌握程度,进而降低术前准备缺陷率、手术延误发生率,提高患者及医生对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the application and effect of critical node control theory in preoperative preparation of gynecological patients undergoing elective surgery.Methods A total of 110 patients with elective surgery from May to August 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 110 patients with elective surgery from January to April 2022 were selected as the control group.The management strategy based on node control theory was adopted in the observation group and the conventional management strategy was adopted in the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The knowledge and practice of preoperative preparation of nurses in ward were improved.The preoperative preparation score of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the incidence of defect and delay of operation was lower than that in control group.The satisfaction of patients and surgeons was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.001or p<0.05).Conclusion The use of critical node control in the preoperative preparation of patients undergoing elective surgery in gynecological wards can effectively improve the knowledge of nurses in the preoperative preparation,reduce the rate of preoperative preparation defects and operation delays,and improve the satisfaction of patients and doctors with the nursing work.
