基于循证药学的AMS模式在临床药品合理使用中的应用及效果分析

Application and Effect Analysis of AMS Model Based on Evidence-Based Pharmacy in Rational Use of Clinical Drugs

目的 探讨基于循证药学的抗菌药物科学化管理(AMS)模式在临床药品合理使用中的应用及效果。方法 收集基于循证药学的AMS模式实施前的2021年与实施后的2022年医院相关临床资料。比较实施前后临床药物管理指标、抗菌药物不合理使用以及抗菌药物使用强度。结果 2021年门诊、急诊、住院患者抗菌药使用占比、住院患者感染发生占比以及单次住院抗菌药使用费用明显高于2022年,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。2021年不合理使用处方数、用药剂量不合适数、联合用药不合适数高于2022年,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。2022年抗菌药物使用强度相较于2021年下降了23.32%。结论 基于循证药学的AMS模式能够有效改善抗菌药物使用,促进合理用药。

Objective To explore the application and effect of the scientific management of antibacterial drugs(AMS) model based on evidence-based pharmacy in the rational use of clinical drugs.Methods Clinical data related to the hospital before the implementation of the AMS model based on evidence-based pharmacy were collected in 2021 and after the implementation in 2022 The clinical drug management indicators,irrational use of antibiotics and intensity of antibiotics use were compared before and after the implementation.Results In 2021,the proportion of outpatient,emergency,and inpatient patients using antibiotics,the proportion of inpatient infections,and the cost of antibiotics use per hospitalization were significantly higher than in 2022,with statistical significance(p<0.05).The number of irrational use prescriptions,inappropriate dosage of medication,and inappropriate combination therapy in 2021 was higher than that in 2022,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The intensity of antibacterial drug use in 2022 decreased by 23.32% compared to 2021.Conclusion The AMS model based on evidence-based pharmacy can effectively improve the use of antibiotics and promote rational drug use.
