基于微信小程序的疼痛药物剂量设置工具研发与应用

Development and Application of WeChat Mini-Program"Pain Medication Dosage Setting Tool"

目的研发关于疼痛药物剂量设置微信小程序,并测试其可用性。目的2020年1-2月,根据临床需求组建团队研发。3-4月,采用方便抽样法行预实验,选取某三甲医院的医生和护士各20名,分别使用该小程序和传统计算器进行不同阿片类药物的剂量转换(医生)及患者自控镇痛泵的药物参数设置(护士)各400次,比较所需时间及正确性,并采用易用性量表(USE)评价小程序。目的医生、护士运用小程序计算的准确率为100%,均高于传统方法(p<0.01);计算所需时间均快于传统方法(p<0.01);医生和护士USE量表的平均得分分别为6.56±0.20分、6.60±0.19分。目的研发的小程序为医生转换疼痛药物剂量提供参考,满足护士对镇痛泵参数的准确计算和设置的需求,医护人员的接受度较高,可用性好。

Objective To develop a WeChat mini program for pain medication dosage setting and test its usability.Methods From January to February 2020,a team was assembled to develop the program based on clinical needs.In March and April,a convenience sampling method was used to conduct a pilot experiment.Twenty doctors and twenty nurses from a tertiary hospital were selected to use the mini-program and a traditional calculator for converting dosages of different opioid drugs(doctors)and setting drug parameters for patient-controlled analgesia pumps(nurses)400 times each.The time and accuracy of the conversions were compared,and the mini-program was evaluated using the Usability Scale for User Experience(USE).Results The accuracy of dosage calculations using the mini-program by doctors and nurses was 100%,which was higher than that achieved using traditional methods(p<0.01).The time required for calculations was faster than with traditional methods(p<0.01).The average USE scores for doctors and nurses were 6.56±0.20 and 6.60±0.19,respectively.Conclusion The developed mini-program provided a reference for doctors to convert pain medication dosages and met the accurate calculation and setting needs of nurses for analgesia pump parameters.The program was well-received by medical staffs and demonstrated good usability.
