盾构法隧洞工程的施工进度预警方法

摘要 隧洞盾构施工投资金额大,施工难度高,项目管理任务复杂,工期延误会带来巨大经济损失,因此,科学有效的施工进度预警能极大地为隧洞工程节省时间和造价成本.首先根据工程实际情况设立施工进度预警指标和警度标准,并建立了施工进度延误预警模型,通过计算当前的工程施工进度延误程度,判断出未来的影响趋势,并根据延误程度的轻重结合警度预报给出不同的预警信号.进一步采用BIM软件构建该隧洞的三维模型,并对隧洞进行4D施工进度模拟,以不同颜色展示警度差异,可实现施工进度预警的可视化管理.将此模型应用到西霞院灌区工程穿沁隧洞典型盾构施工段中,计算出该隧洞已完工部分的施工进度延误程度以及影响趋势,并通过BIM模型直观显示了预警结果. Tunnel shield construction is characterized by large investment,high construction difficulty and complex project management tasks.It often causes huge economic losses due to construction delay.Therefore,scientific and effective construction progress with early warning can greatly save time and cost for tunnel engineering.In this paper,the early warning index and warning degree standard for construction progress are set up according to the actual situation of the project,and a delay early warning model of construction progress is established.By calculating the current construction progress delay degree of the project,the future impact trend is judged,and different early warning signals are given according to the degree of delay combined with the warning degree forecast.Furthermore,the BIM software is used to build the 3D model of the tunnel,and 4D construction progress simulation is carried out for the tunnel to show the difference of warning degree in different colors,which can realize the visual management of construction progress early warning.This model is applied to the typical shield construction section of Chuanqin Tunnel of Xixiayuan Irrigation Area Project.The construction schedule delay degree and impact trend of the completed part of the tunnel are calculated,and the early warning results are visually displayed through the BIM model.
